The Adobe Rose Inn features six unique rooms of varying sizes. In addition, some of our accommodations in Tucson, Arizona have sofas, fireplaces with gas inserts, mini-fridges, and microwaves. The Santa Rita Suite also has a private balcony and a full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator. The Inn can accommodate the visiting researcher who is looking for cost-effective lodging, romantic couples looking to celebrate an anniversary or serve as a great place to stay while on vacation. Guests can now book the whole house as we are also a Tucson Vacation Rental. Our whole house rental is perfect for family getaways.

Main House

Atanacia Room

Set just off the entrance to the main house, our Atanacia room awaits you with a king bed that overlooks a gorgeous 8-foot high stained glass window and a gas kiva fireplace. In the warmer months, guests delight in being able to step from their room straight out onto our patio that surrounds our pool. A unique writing desk and chair add a touch of whimsy to the room. Newly renovated bathroom with a spacious shower, glass siding doors and separate vanity located in the bedroom. This inviting room features Smart television equipped with HULU, in-room safe and 1802 Beekman bath products.

Sam Hughes Room

This romantic room was the original primary bedroom when the house was built. Featuring a king bed, a writing desk, and Kiva fireplace with a gas insert. Windows look onto one of our many patios and courtyards and a stained glass window adds more charm to the room. Step into the bathroom and climb into a massive original tiled soaking tub with a shower and skylight.

Rincon Room

Situated in the main house, our Rincon Room puts guests in the heart of the inn. This charming and cozy room is located directly opposite our breakfast room, the queen bed offers a comfortable night’s sleep and a writing table. Renovated tiled stall shower with glass siding door can be found in the ensuite bathroom.

Santa Catalina Room

This cozy and recently renovated room is located in a separate building with a private entrance, offering a peaceful retreat. Enjoy the comfort of a queen-size bed and a spacious writing desk, perfect for work or relaxation. The newly renovated bathroom features a tiled shower for a spa-like experience. Fully stocked coffee station with microwave and mini fridge. For your comfort, equipped with a mini split for AC/heat. Tucked away in the 2nd St. building with easy access to parking, this room provides a convenient and private getaway.

Santa Rita Suite (2nd Floor)

Located on the second level through a quiet courtyard and a private entrance at the top of a staircase, our Santa Rita Suite offers privacy and room to spread out. The bedroom has a king bed and direct access to a private balcony that overlooks our quiet street and a view of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The newly renovated full size bathroom features a full sized tiled shower. The living room/kitchen area offers a full kitchen and a convertible sofa folds out into a full size bed that allows for two additional guests (additional fee per guest)

Casita

Built in the 1950s, our Casita is a charming and colorful room that sits steps from the garden patio. The comfy queen bed is perfect for a night Smart TV or for sipping an early morning cup of coffee or tea. The completely renovated and expanded bathroom boasts an oversized tiled shower adorned with matte gold fixtures. A solar tube skylight provides abundant natural light. This room features 2 mini split units for control of heating and air conditioning. Perfect room for an extended stay. The futon sofa opens to a full size bed for an additional guest (at an additional charge)
