Stay at Our Romantic Tucson Hotel
Warm Up by the Fireplace
Whether you are a seasoned bed and breakfast guest or you are new to the experience, our romantic Tucson hotel is here to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. As you enter the Adobe Rose Inn through the front door, you will find our entryway where fresh fruit is available.
Feel free to relax on one of the sofas or in one of our chairs. On chilly nights you are invited to sit by our fireplace and enjoy the warmth from the fire. Feel free to help yourself to any of the snacks in the living room. Our guests are particularly fond of our ceramic bowl filled with a variety of popular chocolates.
Cool Down in the Pool
As you continue through our inn, be sure to make your way to our kitchen where you will find a counter next to the kitchen table that has jars of snacks, fresh fruit and usually some sort of pastry, as well as our tea caddy filled with a variety of teas. Feel free to help yourself.
Continue on out through the sliding glass door in our kitchen and take the opportunity to enjoy our swimming pool (it’s heated by Mother Nature so be sure to do the “toe test” before jumping in if you are visiting during cooler months), and the patios that can be found when you wander around the property.

Ria Banerjee - Assistant Innkeeper
Meet our Assistant Innkeeper, Ria Banerjee! She is a full-time student at the University of Arizona (yes, she can walk to school from the Inn). Ria will always greet you in the morning with a smile! Her responsibilities vary and she is always ready to accommodate guests. Welcome to the Adobe Rose Team!
The Adobe Rose Inn is two blocks to Speedway and about two blocks to N. Campbell where you will find the University of Arizona and we are just a few minutes away from Banner University Medical Center
Walk the Sam Hughes neighborhood and in a few short blocks, you will encounter over 19 different architectural styles, as well as, an amazing selection of plants.
The Adobe Rose Inn enjoys being in the heart of all the action with the University of Arizona just two blocks away. The Sun Link, Tucson’s electric streetcar that begins by the University of Arizona, winds its way through several districts, including downtown Tucson and the Mercado, which is also just a few blocks away. Yet, our inn retains a very quiet residential feel allowing for our guests to enjoy as much or as little activity as they want to engage in.
Parking is available in our driveways (it’s okay to park in front of our garage), but we do ask that you allow for another car to park beside you. Parking is on a first come first serve basis. When the inn is full, you may need to park on the street. There is no permit required on weekends or after 5 p.m. If you will be parked on the street between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. on a weekday, just let us know, we will loan you a parking pass that you will return when you go out and about.
Please don’t forget to return the parking pass so that others may use it when you are not. Here at the Adobe Rose Inn, we are committed to helping you make a lifetime of memories one moment at a time.
